Paddling the Yakima

Eric, Katie, Andrew, Grace, and Lily (the dog).
We dropped a car at the Thorp bridge then drove up to the baseball field at Cle Elum to put in around 11am. We had a fun paddle down the river and Lily (the dog) did very well alternating between Katie’s boat and my boat. There’s a log jam just after the East Cle Elum Boat Launch, but we got around it in a shallow side channel on the right. We finished paddling around 5pm.
